Your skills & qualifications
Must-Have:
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, preferably in roles such as IT System Supervisor, Technical Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar positions.
Technical Skills:
Integration Standards: Strong understanding of system integration standards (API, EDIFACT, ANSI X12, JSON) and XML file structures.
Data Analysis: Proficiency in SQL queries for data analysis and manipulation.
Integration Tools: Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, SAP PI/PO, or similar) and system configuration.
Logistics Knowledge: Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics processes, particularly in transport operations (eg. Transport, warehouse, order management system).
Analytical Skills: Strong logical thinking to effectively map complex business requirements into technical solutions.
Collaboration Tools: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Visio, and collaboration platforms (e.g., MS Teams).
Soft Skills:
Adaptability: Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and deliver accurate results with minimal supervision.
Proactive Mindset: A focus on process improvement and innovation, demonstrating initiative in identifying and implementing enhancements.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and regional teams.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Logistics, or related fields.
