We are currently expanding our team to support innovative projects in fine-tuning AI models, data pipelines, and building proprietary evaluation tools.

Your role & responsibilities

Fine-tune pre-trained models (e.g., ControlNet, Gemini Flash) for vision and NLP tasks.
Develop and implement modular evaluation pipelines for vision-language models.
Optimize ML models for photorealistic image generation, entity extraction, and image/scene segmentation.
Collaborate with data scientists to create and validate ground truth datasets.
Deploy ML solutions into production pipelines with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in machine learning and AI.

Your skills & qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in developing and deploying ML models.
Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Experience with vision-based models (e.g., ControlNet, YOLO) and NLP models.
Knowledge of evaluation metrics for computer vision (e.g., segmentation accuracy, precision) and NLP tasks.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in fine-tuning large language models or vision-language models.
Background in video annotation, action recognition, semantic segmentation, or spatial modeling.
Exposure to industry-specific tasks (construction, healthcare, video games).
