Recently, TopDev has released the latest Vietnam IT Landscape Q2/ 2020 evaluating the Vietnam IT market as well as the directions for the Recruitment sector to expand their talent pool and meet their future potentials in the Tech and IT Recruitment community.

The new decade opens up with a number of outstanding developments in digital technology, artificial intelligence, human resources, … and this creates a huge competitive advantage for public sector companies. Technology in particular and other organizations / businesses in general. However, Covid-19, the “storm” that appeared over the last two months, has covered the global economy in a gloomy gray.

Realizing that the “survival” mode is absolutely necessary in the present time, many Vietnamese enterprises seem ready to cope with this difficult period. Mr. Nguyen Huu Binh, CEO of TopDev said: “We always see the light in the most difficult moments, which is the flexibility and creativity in the adaptation of many domestic businesses. Theo báo cáo của TopDev, trong Q2 năm 2018, lập trình vẫn là một trong những ngành có nhu cầu tuyển dụng cao nhất. Đặc biệt hơn nữa, nhiều chuyên gia nhận định Việt Nam sẽ trở thành blockchain hub của khu vực trong thời gian tới. Với số lượng việc làm được tìm kiếm đạt mốc cao nhất trong 3 năm trở lại đây.

Các công ty công nghệ trong khu vực đang đẩy mạnh việc tận dụng nguồn nhân lực dồi dào với khả năng nghiên cứu tốt tại thị trường Việt Nam để phát triển các ứng dụng mới dựa trên nền tảng blockchain. Dựa trên những số liệu của TopDev, hiện đang có hơn 100 công ty công nghệ và hơn 5000 lập trình viên tại Việt Nam đang phát triển các sản phẩm công nghệ dựa trên nền tảng blockchain.

Nhu cầu tuyển dụng ngành IT vẫn tiếp tục tăng trưởng mạnh
Tính tới Q2 năm 2018, thị trường tuyển dụng IT vẫn tiếp tục tăng trưởng mạnh ở những nhóm kỹ năng có liên quan đến blockchain và cả lẫn những nhóm CNTT thông thường khác. Tính đến thời điểm Q2 năm 2018, lượng việc làm IT đã tăng đến 74% so với năm 2012, và tăng 24% so với cùng kỳ năm ngoái. Theo đó, chúng ta sẽ cần đến 350,000 nhân lực IT đến trước cuối năm 2021, nhưng cho đến hiện tại chỉ có khoảng 200,000 nhân lực đủ sức đáp ứng yêu cầu công việc.

Để đánh dấu sự kết thúc của một năm cực kì hoành tráng và náo nhiệt của làng công nghệ tại Việt Nam, vừa qua TopDev đã cho ra Báo cáo tình hình, những dự báo và xu hướng của ngành trong năm 2018, đánh giá lại tình hình lao động ngành công nghệ thông tin trong năm 2017 đồng thời đưa ra những dự đoán về xu hướng của ngành trong năm 2018.

Xu hướng công nghệ 2018 – Bùng nổ ứng dụng AI và Blockchain vào thực tiễn cuộc sống.
Trí tuệ nhân tạo (Artificial Intelligence – AI) và Machine Learning thực sự đã len lỏi vào từng ngóc ngách trong cuộc sống hàng ngày của chúng ta, nhưng cuộc cách mạng này cũng chỉ mới thực sự bắt đầu.

Có thể nói năm 2017 vừa qua là năm đặt nền móng cho sự phát triển công nghệ này ở Việt Nam, khi mà các “ông lớn” của nền công nghệ trong nước như FPT, Viettel, VNG,… đều đã rục rịch nghiên cứu và cho ra đời nhiều giải pháp, ý tưởng phát triển sản phẩm ứng dụng AI vào thực tế cuộc sống. Tuy nhiên, “mỏ vàng” AI không chỉ mở cửa cho những “ông lớn”, mà đây còn là mảnh đất màu mỡ cho các doanh nghiệp vừa và nhỏ dấn thân vào. Vì thế, để không bị bỏ lại phía sau, các doanh nghiệp trẻ Việt Nam cũng nên tận dụng lợi thế nguồn lực năng động, sáng tạo của mình để tiếp thu nghiên cứu và khai thác thị trường đầy tiềm năng này.

Khảo sát được TopDev thực hiện độc lập trên hơn 5000 ứng viên, và 300 nhà tuyển dụng đang hoạt động và giữ các vị trí khác nhau trong lĩnh vực CNTT tại Việt Nam. Bản báo cáo đem đến cái nhìn tổng quan tình hình nhân sự toàn ngành trong năm 2017 cũng như dự báo những xu hướng công nghệ sắp tới trong năm 2018.

Trong lực lượng lao động ngành IT hiện tại, lập trình Web vẫn luôn chiếm tỉ lệ thị trường cao nhất với gần 74,8%, theo sau là lập trình Desktop App và Mobile App. Ở thời điểm hiện tại, xu hướng “Machine learning” đang dẫn đầu về mức lương trong các vị trí lập trình – khoảng hơn 35 triệu đồng/ tháng ($1,576/ tháng), theo sau đó là DevOps và các lĩnh vực nghiên cứu – thuật toán. Tuy nhiên, nếu xét chung trong cả ngành IT, đây là mức lương ở mức trung bình. So với mức lương mà các công ty CNTT sẵn sàng trả cho nhân sự cấp trưởng bộ phận tương đương 62 triệu đồng/ tháng ($2,721/tháng), đây là một khoảng cách khá lớn, cho ta thấy rõ hơn đặc thù của một ngành công nghiệp “chất xám”.

Báo cáo được thực hiện dựa trên khảo sát hơn 5500 ứng viên IT cả nước cùng hơn 150 nhà tuyển dụng, kết hợp với phân tích Database sẵn có của Topdev trong vòng 3 năm trở lại đây. Qua đó cung cấp bức tranh toàn cảnh về thị trường tuyển dụng IT hiện nay và đưa ra những dự báo xu hướng tuyển dụng trong nửa cuối năm 2017.

Cần nhiều nhân lực hơn trong những năm tới

Câu chuyện “khát” nhân lực IT luôn là câu chuyện gây đau đầu cho rất nhiều doanh nghiệp. Trước đó, các chuyên gia phân tích đã từng đưa ra cảnh báo về sự thiếu hụt nhân lực cho ngành IT: “Việt Nam cần khoảng 500 000 nhân lực ngành CNTT vào năm 2020, nhưng theo tính toán, trong khi toàn bộ hệ thống cung cấp nhân lực về CNTT trên cả nước chỉ có khả năng đáp ứng quá nửa con số ấy.”

Kết quả từ cuộc khảo sát đầu năm của TopDev về lương bổng của lập trình viên cho thấy nhiều thay đổi đã và đang diễn ra trong ngành IT – cuộc khảo sát tập trung vào các câu hỏi về khối lượng công việc, triển vọng cũng như sự hài lòng của họ về việc làm và nhiều câu khác. Báo cáo lương bổng ngành IT quý 1/2017 sẽ cho các bạn những cái nhìn sát thực nhất về thị trường hiện nay.

Đa phần các nhân viên lập trình đều cho rằng lương của họ có tăng nhưng vẫn chưa đủ so với những gì họ đã cống hiến cho công ty. Ngoài ra, nhiều người lo lắng với thị trường việc làm hiện nay dù có nhu cầu lập trình rất cao nhưng các công ty có vẻ đang giảm ngân sách chi tiêu cũng như thuê nhân viên IT.

Về công nghệ, bên cạnh sự tăng trưởng bền vững trong số lượng các lập trình viên web, các ứng viên có kiến thức, kỹ năng liên quan đến lập trình mobile đang dần được ưa chuộng nhiều hơn. Ngay cả Big Data cũng sẽ chuyển qua các “sân khấu nhỏ” hơn để hỗ trợ cho làn sóng mới này. Bên cạnh đó, những kỹ năng về UX/UI, phân tích dữ liệu, công nghệ về AI (trí thông minh nhân tạo) đang có bước đà trong năm 2016, cũng được dự báo sẽ bùng nổ mạnh mẽ hơn trong thời gian tới.

Về mô hình doanh nghiệp, các công ty startup tiếp tục nở rộ về số lượng khiến nhu cầu tuyển dụng lập trình viên gia tăng. Một trong những đề tài được nhắc đến nhiều nhất là thiếu hụt nhân sự có tay nghề cao. Nhân sự cấp cao khan hiếm khiến nhiều doanh nghiệp có nhiều hoạt động tuyển dụng đa dang để thu hút nhân tài và đưa ra các chế độ lương thưởng phù hợp nhằm giữ chân nhân viên, đáp ứng các hướng đi dài của công ty. Nhìn chung, lập trình viên giờ không chỉ là những người “thợ” thuần gia công ứng dụng, mà họ còn phải được trang bị kiến thức cũng như những kỹ năng tổ chức quản lý đội ngũ. Theo các thống kê của Topdev, nhu cầu tuyển dụng các senior dev có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong startup đang tăng mạnh trong năm 2016.
