Web Automation Test Lead

We are looking for qualified Web Automation test lead to join our team. You will be responsible for the quality assurance of our web applications in different fields, such as: networking, healthcare, logistics...

We expect you to be a tech-savvy professional, who is curious about building end-user perspective, new automation techniques, frameworks and applying them in controlling, ensuring the quality of projects deliveries, ability to manage and lead a project team to work on customer products..

• Analyzing requirements, software specifications to build up corresponding test plans, test cases;
• Automating test plans, test cases via supporting frameworks (e.g. Selenium, Robot, Katalon…);
• Handling manual test plans, test cases if required;
• Optimizing automation test scripts;
• Collaborate with developers to improve the usability of the product;
• Daily management work, coordinate with PM for making the project plan, guiding junior engineers' daily work and doing knowledge sharing;
• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies.

• 2+ years of experience as team lead;
• 3+ years of experience as Web Automation tester;
• Experience with Selenium or Katalon or equivalent frameworks;
• Have the ability to solve complex system problems;
• Have good communication skills.

Having following knowledge is a plus:

• Robot Framework;
• Familiarity with build and CI tools: Jenkins;
• Having experience of dealing with large systems matters: performance, scalability…

Years of experiences:

• Have +4 years of experience in Web Automation.
