UI/UX Designer (Senior/Team Lead)

• Work closely with our Product Owners and Engineers in trying to make sense of the different problems faced by many groups of users
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure creative styles are within technical constraints
• Perform user research and develop information architecture, user goals, journey maps, and design wireframes and visual interfaces
• Test the feasibility of the design by users before implementation
• Contribute to and maintain design systems
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
• Develop pixel-perfect specs and design documentation, based on product requirements
• Work within existing style guidelines and create a consistent look that aligns with Beincomm's brand
• Analyze data-driven insights and user research to inform design decisions
• Lead and grow the product design team. Ensure design output meets consistence

Must have:

• Minimum 4 years of professional UI/UX design with web/mobile app focus (Android, iOS, etc)
• Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite, Axure, or related prototyping software
• Proficiency in user-centered design thinking methodologies
• Very strong attention to detail and consistency in design
• Passionate about being an integral part of solving complex problems with simple, easy-to-use solutions
• Ability to present design in the context of strategy and user/cultural insights with a persuasive, collaborative approach
• Up-to-date with design trends, user experience analysis techniques, and research skills
