Trách nhiệm công việc
- Create, update, and enhance external and internal documentation based on Client requitement.
- Works with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the timely resolution of Client issues. Triage, trouble-shoot and resolve escalated customer issues from multiple inbound channels.
- Maintaining strong client relationships through occasional in-person meetings online in Korean.
- Collaborate with Development team and submit merge requests to resolve bugs.
- Helps Developer team members overcome obstacles, resolve blockers, and complete work task.
Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn
Must have
- Excellent Korean (Excellent written and oral Korean communication skills for Client communication)
- English Language Proficiency is a plus.
- Experience with agile development process using agile tools like Jira, Teams.
- Ability to think logically, analyze logs and IT related issues.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
