Technical Manager

  • Understand functional, migration, security and quality requirements, business process design, workflow design and user interface design;
  • Manage and support the project design repository and system environments;
  • Design programming workflow and supervise programming activities;
  • Provide technical support to Developers, and interact with various IT supports;
  • Assist in stress test and user acceptance test activities;
  • Perform peer review of codes, roll-out and conversion activities;
  • Lead the implementation for product backlog;
  • Work closely with various parties (external vendors and internal teams) for project execution

Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn:

  •  A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of technical education and work experience.
  • 5+ years of overall developing software projects 
  • 3 + years of experience in a Team leader position
  • Strong communication, planning and problem-solving skills;
  • Capable of covering work, handling flexible situations, ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Design pattern, System design and database : RDBM and NoSQL
  • Experience with system monitoring and caching
  • Experience with SCRUM/ Agile ,management tools: JIRA ,...
  • Experience with microservices, CI/CD, Kubernetes, AWS,... 
  • Proficiency in Typescript/ Javascript, ..
  • Working with a high performance system is a plus.
