Report to: General Director & COO

The Technical Leader will guide a small team of back-end & front-end developers while collaborating closely with the product team on a product-oriented mission to achieve product, business and technology goals.

• Work closely with the product team to elaborate requirements to understand the need of products/service
• Design the technical solution in accordance with architecture roadmap and principles;
• Hands-on software development high quality, tested, working software, deployed into production ;
• Troubleshooting, maintenance and optimisation of software (including quality and performance testing);
• Build up and follow company architectural and software development guidelines;
• Lead the development team and other teams to discover, test and develop solutions to achieve product, business and technology goals;
• Perform code reviews and provide feedback on improvement and compliance with acceptance criteria.

Yêu cầu công việc

• At least 2 years of experience at similar positions;
• Excellent communicator with an ability to bridge the gap between business and technology in your conversations;
• Solid knowledge in technologies used by company:
  • Microservice/database-driven design principles;
  • Knowledge in PHP (Laravel), NodeJS, Javascript, React, Vue, Next;
  • Database technologies and design – SQL / Elasticsearch;
  • API standards (REST, GraphQL);
• Experience in agile and modern development best practice;
• Logical thinking, analytical problem solving;
• Highly collaborative and accountable with a can-do attitude;
• Good at English communication (verbal and written).
