Technical Leader (PHP)

• As the Technical Leader, you have responsible for making leading products and determining project requirement and developing work schedules for the team.
• Design software architecture. Build a core framework and core structure, build deploy plan
• Review source code for all member, training for team and internal testing, monitoring
• Evaluate and choice the right technology for the product, research new technology and join R&D activity of the company
• Solve difficult technical issues of the project such as performance
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers

• Minimum 5-7 years in software development with 3 years experience in a Leader role
• Experience in developing about system architecture and knowledge about system server, experience as a Full-stack or Backend developer
• Have a deeply knowledge about Backend technologies: PHP, NodeJS and Database:MongoDB, MySql, Oracle. OS: Linux server and Front-End: ReactJS, VueJS and API
• Experience in Software and infrastructure architecture, security design patterns, micro-services, coding standards, RESTful APIs, single sign-on, single sign-off, Oauth 2.0
• Have deeply experience in Big Data and driven technical for team
• Experience in agile development teams , such as Scrum. Good problem-solving skill and team work spirit
• Strong communication skill to effectively collaborate with other developers and stake holders
• Interested in dealing with technical challenges and keen on exploring new things
• Attitude of transparency - desire and aptitude to bring disclosure and to grow up between the business and IT
• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering. Or related field
• Fluently English
