We are expanding our European teams in Stuttgart, Berlin, Lisbon, Barcelona, Figueres and Las Palmas. We are also looking for support at our international locations in Naucalpan de Juárez, Moscow and Ho Chi Minh City. Just choose your favorite city! Remote work and travel between our locations is possible.

- Evaluate, plan, implement and support Google Workspace (G Suite) rollouts all over the world (remotely)
- Take care that the right things are defined, documented and/or automated to ensure the long-term success of the project
- Collaborate with an international and interdisciplinary agile team to get our projects done
- Support the helpdesk on tricky issues (level 3)
- Find the right processes and tools to help level 2 support work efficiently
Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn
- Have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related fields (optional equivalent work experience)
- Have at least 3 years of IT work experience in infrastructure/systems maintenance, architecture and engineering
- Are already familiar with Google Workspace (G Suite) from both a user and admin perspective
- Know how mail is routed and what MX, SPF and DKIM stands for
- Have experience with Active Directory and/or Exchange
- Potentially know how to write Script (python, javascript or what you like) – but that’s the icing on the cake
- Have already practiced with public cloud environments like AWS, GCP or Azure (optional)
- Are willing to travel 3 days a month to be on-site at our HQ in Stuttgart/Germany
- Enjoy the freedom of working remotely, therefore self-organization and self-discipline are your natural standard
- Can communicate both orally and written in a professional manner - English skills are obligatory
