Trách nhiệm công việc
- Work with multiple teams and departments to gather business processes, procedures improvements and system changes requirements.
- Analyze/evaluate requirements to identify problem, impacts and solutions.
- Document detailed business workflows for process change.
- Review technical design deliverables with development team to ensure business objectives are reached.
- Compose high-level test plans for projects.
- Contribute to and execute test plans for validating projects releases.
- Manage defects and errors.
- Ensure that the final release satisfies the product requirements and meet end-user expectations
- Report validation progress daily.
- Spot areas for improvement to enhance the product's efficiency
Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn
Knowledge Skill:
- Experience in Enterprise Resource Planning Software. Has knowledge of NetSuite is a plus.
- Has knowledge of basic accounting, order to cash, procure to pay, supply chain management, manufacturing, sales force automation.
- Some experience with Data Analysis and Business Reporting
- Experience in Quality Assurance or Business Analyst related role
- Has knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle
- Has knowledge of Agile software development.
Technical Skill:
- Experience working with a variety of data format such as CSV, relational database.
- Experience with SQL, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, C#
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services and Power BI
- Experience with SharePoint 365
Soft Skill:
- Ability to work on multiple projects
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Creative problem-solving: be able to identifies problem and generates creative solutions
- Able to coordinate and communicate with offshore teams.
