• Reports to: Project Manager

• To lead the engineering teams including the back-end and front-end team, supporting different functions and projects inside the company.
• To design and visualize product strategy, setting project goals and continuously supporting them.
• To coach and develop the Odoo teams.
• To pioneer in improving and implementing processes, speed and quality that scale effectively.
• To participate in the technical design, application development, and maintenance of Odoo ERP systems
• To contribute to the entire implementation process for new applications and enhancements to existing applications.
• To ensure quality with review, user acceptance tests and automated tests.
• To support and improve application deployment processes.
• To work in a team to develop software products in various types of web application, enterprise application, mobile application or web services.
• To liaise with different stakeholders from different departments to get the requirements, management of their expectation and provide consultancy in order to best deliver requests.

Yêu cầu công việc

• 5+ years experience with Python.
• Have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math or related field 
• Experience designing/developing APIs and ESB (Enterprise Service Bus).
• Strong database skills in SQL and NoSQL solutions
• Experience with Odoo is highly preferred.
• Experience with ERP is highly preferred.
