• Lead all the transfer of a clinic management system from the US to our ODC in VN.
• Lead and organize the tech team of our ODC by participating fully in the whole SDLC.
• Research cutting edge technologies and propose all technical solutions for product development.
• Technical leadership for technical teams such as training, career development -
• Review source code and coach colleagues to follow coding standards, design patterns and implement tests.
• Assist and support PMs and teams in their daily work to build knowledge base and improve the development, testing, and deployment process together.
• This position reports to the Project Manager.

Must have:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Technical Architect/Software Architect
• 6+ years of hands-on software development experience in .Net.
• 6+ years of experience in C#, ASP.NET MVC, and Razor.
• Experience with professional software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
• Ability to mentor, challenge, teach and help others with their technical learning.
• Demonstrated experience with front-end web development.
• Experience with .NET Core.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and Ajax.
• Experience with Entity Framework, LINQ. - Experience in Integration with Restful APIs, and WebServices.
• Experience with RDBMS systems: MS SQL, PostgreSQL, ... - Experience with Microservices Architecture.
• Experience with Azure Cloud, and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with CI/CD tools. - Experience in SQL development skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with React Angular, React JS, Vue JS
• Experience with Go, Rust, Node JS - Experience in Scrum/Agile/Kanban
• Experience with healthcare interoperability data formats: HL7 2.x, FHIR, EDI.
• Experience in the Medical Electronics Industry. - Exposure to the US
• Healthcare ecosystem, especially the provider side.
• Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certificate is a plus.
• IELTS > 6.0 or equivalent English certification.
