Site Reliability Engineer (Linux)

• Design, deploy/install, configure, automate, and maintain systems infrastructure and applications
• Investigate and troubleshoot system/application behaving and take the needed action to fix it
• Being the reference for UNIX-like OS, Docker, Kubernetes & handling escalation internal/external and On-call
• Being a technical expert for the team leader regarding activities and projects
• Understand customer demands and propose the best solutions
• Automated provisioning, configuration management in cloud environments or on-premises
• CI/CD of applications
• Automate repetitive tasks and maintain scripts for the same
• Work closely with Project Manager to collect information and understand customers’ needs. Then help them to adopt the right solution
• Drive root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes across the landscape

• 3 – 7+ years of Linux
• Linux Administration experience (Certifications would help)
• Indepth VMware experience
• Puppet and Ansible experience (or other IaC/Configuration Management tools)
• Experience with build tools (Maven / Gradle)
• Working knowledge of Jenkins pipelining
• Experience of managing an environment with databases
• PostgreSQL experience is a plus
• Experience with enterprise monitoring tools Dynatrace, Splunk, Moogsoft,
• Experiencing working in (HA) highly availability
• Experience triaging and quickly resolving complex technical issues
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in highly technical positions
