- Lead on UI and UX design for software products in an agile environment
- Define UX guidelines based on user observations and surveys
- Define UI style guide in alignment with existing corporate CI
- Ensure economical viability of UX and UI guidelines
Trách nhiệm công việc
- Methodical analysis and conception of user interfaces and creation of interaction concepts for TecAlliance software systems
- Ensure excellent user experience and usability of the software products
- Design, implementation and analysis of usability evaluation projects, usability tests, user surveys and expert reviews
- Create wireframes, screen mockups, flowcharts, scenarios, and interactive prototypes
- Support the agile team on implementation of UX and UI
- Responsibility for cross-departmental know-how transfer to usability and user experience
- Cooperation with the relevant internal departments and external service providers
Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn
- 5+ years of experience in UX and UI design
- Education or study as a graphic artist or comparable practical experience
- Several years of experience in dealing with international customers, service providers and partners
- Excellent IT knowledge
- Very good project management skills (methods and tools)
