The task will be delegated based on your experience, including:   

• Analyze and understand business and technical requirements and work with stakeholders across different domains and industries  
• Make test plan/test strategy based on the specifications of the project  
• Collaborate in project teams to test developed applications in a structured and effective way  
• Develop, execute and review test cases based on functional, non-functional, technical and usability requirements  
• Manage and report on your own test deliverables and test execution  
• Create and manage defects along with evaluating severity and impact on the solution and scope  
• Take responsibility for certifying the risk and quality of the solution 
• Work and collaborate in an international environment with experienced and skilled colleagues in Vietnam and Europe  
• Plan, organize and follow up on team members and a number of concurrent activities 
• Summarize and communicate team progress, to the project manager, in a well-structured and timely manner 
• Identify areas for own personal development  

Optional:  

• Design and implement the test strategy, workflow/framework used for automated testing in the project in relation to the software development and CI/CD  
• Develop and document test scripts and test plans based on functional and technical requirements along with writing guidelines for test automation processes  
• Create, execute and maintain automated scripts 

• Minimum 6 years of recent, hands-on quality assurance experience  
• Good English skills in both writing and verbally 
• Experience with functional and non-functional testing on web-based enterprise solutions, applications with high complexity or service-oriented architecture (SOA)  
• Good understanding of software testing theory  
• Experience in using tools for test management, tracking defects, capture of test evidence and analyzing data  
• Leading experience is a plus  
• Open towards and able to learn new technologies quickly 
• Effectively estimate work and produce deliverables on time  
• ISTQB certificate is a plus, but not required 

Optional:

• Hands-on experience in building test automation frameworks – preferably using technologies such as Jenkins, Selenium, Cucumber, Playwright and Cypress
