Your responsibilities
By joining this position, you’ll accelerate and empower the product at Wow AI and give a hand to fulfill our vision. Our team is growing and looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help build a platform/website/system to run our crowdsourcing projects which are to support providing AI training data solutions. We see no borders, move at a fast pace, and are never afraid to break the mold.

- Working with the CTO to identify and plan projects based on the team goals and resources.
- Improving existing features of the company's website. Working on new features as we continue to scale.
- Develop in-house platforms for the crowdsourcing projects of Wow AI.
- Ensuring code quality and standards while meeting deadlines and delivering targets set by the product team.
- Drive maintenance releases (perform system test analysis, deliver backports and develop new patches).
- Work with engineers across the team on project definition, technical specification, task break-down, delivery, and monitoring.
- Debug system level deployment issues, root cause analysis, and resolve failures.
- Work on improving the internal infrastructure, system, and tools to help fasten the process of other departments.
- Review others’ work and provide constructive feedback in order to maintain high and consistent quality standards across teams.
- Other tasks assigned by the CTO.
Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn
- 3 - 4+ years of experience working as a Software Engineer. Strong in Backend.
- 3 - 4+ years of proficiency in some of those Backend languages: PHP, Node JS, .Net, Python, JavaScript.
- Knowledge about HTML/CSS, MVC, .Net Core, MS SQL, Mongodb, Redis is a must.
- Solid engineering fundamentals; full stack and test automation experience. Have a confirmed grasp of object-oriented programming and clean code.
- Care about multiple quality dimensions like user impact, failure tolerance, code maintenance, implementation time, security breaches, and performance.
- The ability to track record of successful cross functional collaboration especially with CTO, and your engineering counterparts.
- Desire to grow alongside a fast growing company and team.
- Passion for working with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, Project and Business teams.
- Self-motivated and self-disciplined skills to well adapt with a remote environment.
