Senior Project Manager

• SPS Vietnam delivers projects to SPS affiliates in Europe and US.
• The Project Manager is responsible for managing the project team and to deliver projects as per agreed scope, timeline, budget and quality.
• The Project Manager leads the project through initiate (scope, requirements, planning, budget, etc.), phase, delivery phase, go-live, hyper-care and project closure.
• The project team consists mainly of VN resources but also includes members from Europe and US. Typical project team size is 10 to 30 members.
• The Project Manager will be responsible for key projects, therefore there is regular interaction with Senior Management from various SPS affiliates.
• We are looking for a person who leads project, takes over full responsibility and ensure clarity and structure - which are the basis for building trust and managing scope, time, cost and quality.
• This is a challenging but also very rewarding position with strong growth potential, exposure and interesting global projects.

Education:

• University Degree in Finance or Business Administration.
• Formal project management qualification (PMP, Prince-2, CMMI, CSPO, etc.) is a strong advantage.

Knowledge, skills and experience:

• 5 years or more of working experience in IT-related environment. 3 years or more project management experience
• Solid understanding of the software development.
