Shift Asia is a leading company in Software Testing. We are building a new team of talented engineer to extend the software development service. We place the value of service quality on top of our priority; therefore, we are looking for exceptional Android Kotlin engineers to join our new business software development team. The candidate must have strong technical expertise in front-end as well as backend development. The candidate will work closely with customers to gather requirements, analyse and implement them into the product.

- Fully understand product’s architectures and data flows in details.
- Provide workarounds for middle ware and/or external libraries related issues.
- Join in all activities of implementation: proposing technical solutions for product features, coding, code review, unit test, and bugs fixing.
- Effectively communicate with others to resolve the impediments and also follow up them.
- Contribute in building up a feature design document with a coordination of Product Owner and team members.
- May be in charge of developing a solution into a detailed design and coordinating to collect the estimation from the team.
- May be in charge of coaching the new-comers in certain components.
Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn
Must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or related scientific or technical discipline.
- At least 4-years hands-on experiences to be a software developer with either Java/Spring Framework.
- Familiar with RESTful API and MVC model in front end.
- Experiences with RDBS tools and concepts, including the following: PL/SQL, SQL/XML and MySQL.
- Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to work cooperatively in a team environment, to build consensus.
- Able to communicate well in English
Nice to have:
- Proven experience with the JAVA/ J2SE/ J2EE development environment as well as products such as Eclipse/IntelliJ, Git, SVN, Maven, TFS.
- Hands-on experiences in applying Design Patterns into software developments.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies as well as waterfall software development methodologies.
- Experience in foreign companies, especially Japanese company for more than 2 years.
- Experience in foreign companies in English speaking countries.
