We are looking for senior database engineer to join a large-scale project.
Trách nhiệm công việc
- Work as part of a team to meet demanding project requirements;
- Provide workload estimates for the database of application development;
- Database programming (triggers, procedures, functions) and assisting other team members with coding issues, and evaluating their performance;
- Support developer team for database review, build and optimize from design phase to operational phase;
- Using ORACLE SQL technologies, services, and databases for creating data lake, data warehouse together with Data Engineer team;
- Optimize query script to improve performance of server, ensure data quality and data accuracy;
- Encourage to contribute ideas for system architecture and design decisions;
- Stay motivated and up-to-date on the latest developments and trends in web design & development;
- Work closely with the QA team to ensure the quality and stability of the product;
- Write functional requirement documents and specifications;
- Ensure the assigned tasks are performed on time and with high quality;
- Follow the project and organization processes, policies, and regulations;
- Join team activities to build relationships among colleagues.
Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn
- BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering;
- At least 5 years of work experience in database programming;
- Hands-on experience with relational databases. ORACLE is a big advantage;
- Have good knowledge about Object-Oriented Programming (OOP);
- Experienced in Git or other source control systems;
- “Can-do” attitude, listening, and communicating with team members;
- Have a teamwork spirit, be careful, pay attention to small details, think logically, and long-term working;
- Knowledge of .NET programming is an advantage;
- Good English skills;
- Passionate learners who aren’t afraid of new tools and technologies;
- Agile/Scrum development cycle understanding is an advantage.
