We are looking for experienced members to join the Product Development team to achieve the vision together. This role will report to the Product Manager and work closely with software engineers, UI/UX Designer, QC, and Data Analyst in an agile squad - who are experienced leaders in the e-commerce industry.
We like people who are willing to say “Yes!”, always motivated and passionate about problem-solving. Great if you are a systematic thinker, user experience and have experience developing products to support E-commerce or Omni-channel operation.
What’s the HPI’s product strategy
From 2022, we are building the foundations of a platform that adapted to our new business model. We believe that omni-channel will not only utilize our strength in the fashion industry but also help us to serve and reach more Customers. Beside that, we’re strongly focusing to shape customer segments, understand and deliver our best product fit to them.

- Conduct crucial, quality market research and competitor analyses to understand changing consumer needs and business opportunities in e-commerce.
- Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities.
- Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product.
- Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities.
- Work with Stakeholders, Product Managers to understand requirements, participate in the solution design process and deliver PRD.
Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn
- 2+ year of experience in product development roles such as Product Owner (PO)
- Solid experience in Strategy, Product Management, Business Analysis or UX Design.
- Exceptional soft skills – especially in both written and oral communication, to share ideas with personnel from various seniority levels flawlessly.
- Ability to perform in a high-pressure, fast-paced, and growth-charged environment.
- A growth mindset to go beyond comfort zones in leading R&D
- Strong passion for the e-commerce industry
