Vingroup Advanced Analytics (Vantix Inc) as Vingroup AI & Data Management Services and Solutions company. Currently, Vingroup is taking the initiate step to become the first autonomous driving car manufacturer for Vietnam. Our products aim to compete directly with other big players in the world. In this objective, Vantix is working on the core component of this Advanced driver-assistance system (ADAS).
We are looking for people who are as excited as we are to build autonomous vehicles that have huge positive impacts in the society. We are searching for a Senior C/C++ Engineer to embed within our community to help design, develop, manage and run a robust set of ADAS components to build an advanced and highly safety autonomous car. You will have opportunities to work with world class talented engineers in Vietnam and Silicon Valley. The code you write will be the centerpiece of an autonomous driving vehicle, using AI and advanced math algorithms. It will have to be perfect code that is safe, fast, efficient on specialized hardware and zero room for error. You will need to be able to instrument, evaluate and debug highly complex piece of code, on advanced simulation platform as well as on the specialized hardware, work with partners in Vietnam and Silicon Valley to make tradeoffs needed to ensure we can deliver the most optimal code on time.

- Apply engineering knowledge and experience to provide troubleshooting and operational support for ADAS components
- Write clean, human-readable code with unit test
- Design and develop high quality code and maintain software source code written in C/C++, using OOP, STL
- Diagnose and fix software bugs using code coverage tools and testing devices
- Create and maintain software documentation
- Cooperate with internal organizations and 3rd parties in Vietnam and in the US
- Ability to thrive in a fast pace and challenging environment, with multiple and competing priorities, while managing to maintain sound judgement and excellent customer service
- Always willing to be going out of the way to find novel solutions to challenging problems
Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn
- BS Degree in CS, Mathematics, Statistics, or related engineering field required
- Experience in smart automotive is a big plus
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a wide spectrum of people in business and technical domains
- C/C++ Ninja, know and efficiently instrument and debug low level code.
- Proficient Design Pattern: know how to write SOLID code, know the pros and cons of Design Patterns and able to make right tradeoffs
- Strong Math background
- Proficiency in data structures, algorithms: live by writing most efficient code in term of runtime and memory complexity
- Experience with direct, remote, and virtual teams
- You will work with team members from different countries, English is a must
