We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Engineer (Django) who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

- Be involved and participate in the overall application lifecycle.
- Main focus on coding and debugging.
- Collaborate with Front-end Web & Mobile developers.
- Collaborate with AI & Data engineers.
- Define and communicate technical and design requirements.
- Maintain & migrate features from previous codebase.
- Provide training, help and support to other team members.
- Build high-quality reusable code that can be used in the future.
- Develop functional and sustainable web applications with clean codes.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications.
- Learn about new technologies.
- Stay up to date with current best practices.
- Manage cutting-edge technologies to improve applications.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team of designers, developers and system administrators.
- Participate in conferences and educational programs.
- Follow new and emerging technologies.
Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn
- At least 2 years of experience as a Back-end developer using Django or similar frameworks (Flask, etc..)
- A team player who can communicate smoothly with stakeholders (Product, Designer,..)
- Experience with Front End (ReactJS) is a BIG PLUS.
- Experience with AWS, Jenkins, CI/CD, DevOps is a BIG PLUS.
- Experience in building production-grade Product in a growing startup with fast pace is a BIG PLUS.
