Senior Back-End Developer (Web Trading System)

1. Support Supervisor in:

• Product definition
• Product development
• Product deployment

2. Main responsibilities:

• Design and build scalable REST APIs
• Collaborate with frontend team to decide how an API method should work
• Work with team members to build innovative, robust, and easy-to-use features for our users
• Improve and optimise performance of infrastructure and database
• Write clean, human-readable code with unit tests
• Triage bugs and troubleshoot production issues
• Improve code quality and increase unit and end-to-end test coverage
• Mentor junior engineers when necessary
• Build effective develop process so that we could easy to maintain. Easy to scaleup will be big plus
• Suggest and build integration architecture & process between WTS & other system

1. Educational qualifications

• Graduated from university specializing in IT, prioritizing graduating from Technology Universities, FPT University, Vietnam National University, PTI.
• Having a certificate of professional analysis is an advantage 

2. Professional Knowledge

• Knowledge about Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related subject is preferred

3. Relevant experience

• 3-5 year experience in Java with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, JPA
• 3-5 year experience working in Securities company, banking, finance co-operation or finance technology company.
• Experience with Huge Databases, real-time, SQL database, ORM tools.
• Experience with Restful API, API integration in microservice system
• Experience with real-time development with socket.
• Experience development stable system with high loading & high traffic 
• Experience development Web trading system for Securities company will be big plus 
• Has knowledge about front-end technology is a plus (react js, angular, HTML5, CSS3)  

4. Required competencies

• Good skills in English speaking
• Able to work independently as well as in a team with minimal supervision 
• Strong desire to build and improve a product for end-user.
