- Develop custom data driven application using Newest Technology
- Operate in an Agile/ Scrum Environment
- Participate in team brainstorming and design sessions
- Communicate well with all team members, non-technical as well as technical
- Suggest and give feedback within the team to improve performance and product

- At least 3 years of working experience in web development
- Strong knowledge of NodeJS, RESTful API (minimum 2 years of experience)
- Good experience with RDBMS like MySQL, PostgreSQL and NoSQL like MongoDB, Redis.
- Strong in OOP
- Ensures code modularity and DRYness for maintainability and ensures high performance on Microservices.
- Be proficient in Git/Docker and know how to resolve issues
- CI/CD (Continuous Integration and Continuous deployment)
- Careful, highly organized and self-learning attitude
- Understanding and Experiences with Code standard/Coding convention
- Transparent in knowledge and communication
- Good soft skills: team player, not afraid to provide feedback to colleagues, etc.
- Available for long term
- Highly independent self R&D.
