Trách nhiệm công việc
- Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, blacklog grooming and retrospective meetings.
- Estimate time of task, make sure team follow Agile/Scrum practices.
- Proactively create documentary artifacts like business cases, usage scenarios, solution blueprints, meeting minutes
- Ensure and facilitate cross-team coordination
- Process conflict resolution, does conversation by focusing on scrum values of openness, honesty and respect.
- Maintain relevant metrics that help the team see how they are doing, and report team progress to senior management
Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn
- Working experience in micro-service
- Prior experience as Business Analyst
- Experience in working directly with technical/development team and product team
- Experience in Scrum/Agile coaching
- Knowledge about tasks, backlog tracking, burn-down metrics, velocity and user stories etc.
- Prefer candidates who have Scrum certificate (PSM, CSM…)
- 2 year+ Scrum Master Experience in product environment.
