RPA Developer (~ $1500 - $2500 base on skills & years of experience)

You are confident in taking on the following working tasks:

• Support the launch and deployment of RPA solutions, primarily focused on the UiPath platform
• Translate business requirements into feasible approaches, with regards to functional and process designs
• Design, develop, and test automation workflows and resolve technical issues and risks
• Study and assess new and existing automation processes and derive improvement plans
• Support and build other ad-hoc automation processes on request
• Design technical specification documents for RPA Projects, inducing well-structured work-flow documentation
• Build the local automation roadmap, including RPA governance, design and coding standards, policies and procedures
• Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and business process to propose new business areas
• Work on multiple international projects with colleagues and clients around the globe

MUST HAVE

• Bachelor degree in IT or IT-related field
• Have experience in building and deploying Robotics Process Automation (RPA) solutions (UiPath is mandatory) - 2-3 years of experience with UiPath, 1 year is acceptable if they have worked full-time with UiPath and have experience in other RPA platforms before.
• Excellent English language skills with full working proficiency
• Any UiPath Certificate, like: UiPath Certified RPA Associate OR UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with other programming languages, such as C, C++, Java, Python or .NET are a plus
• Experience with other programming technologies, i.e. SQL automation is a plus
• Knowledge of AI and machine learning is a plus
