REMOTE FullStack Developer (PHP, JavaScript)

• Full stack developer with Development experience of at least 5+ years with PHP, Javascript, and node.js in a LAMP environment
• Designing, developing, testing, debugging, and deploying highly transactional applications using best-of-breed open source technologies
• Delivering solutions for performance problems and architectural challenges
• Stress testing and performance optimization of web based applications.
• Producing high quality code
• Test Driven Development
• Full Life Cycle Software Development using online collaboration tools (i.e. JIRA)
• Performing peer code review and overall QA
• Experience with implementing OO classes and design patterns in PHP
• Strong knowledge of HTML, XML, AJAX, JavaScript and CSS
• Proficiency and understanding of MySQL table and query design
• Expertise in Application Object Modeling (UML)
• Well Versed with Agile Methodologies
• Experience using version control/source code control tools (i.e. SVN, Github, Bitbucket)
• Ad Hoc Duties as needed, remaining well-rounded, and continuously learning new things
• Familiarity with command line (Linux)
• Familiarity with AWS systems and architecture
• Familiarity with “headless” CMS systems
• Primary work language is in English

• Ability to work independently, remotely, while in conjunction with globally dispersed team
• Familiarity with the Payment Card Industry and various Acquirers/Processors
• Experience working in Financial Verticals
• Understanding of basic System, Database and Network Administration
