Trách nhiệm công việc
For Junior levels:
- Execute tests based on test case/test procedures and capture/report test results.
- Log, report, validate, and track defects.
- Participate in the development process such as requirements review, change control, etc. to ensure that quality is built into the product.
- Design test: create test cases/test procedures.
- Automate functional and performance tests.
- Report the testing result to QC Leader or Project Team Leader.
For Senior Levels:
- Take responsibility for establishing, implementing, maintaining and improving the process compliance of each corresponding department.
- Design test: create test cases/test procedures.
- Automate functional and performance tests.
- Mentor and provide guidance to QC engineer.
- Participates in training activities related to quality control.
- Plan project testing activities, manages creation of test-related artifacts.
- Participate in the recruitment for QC resources when necessary.
For Team Lead:
- Take responsibility as mentioned in requirements for senior levels.
- Participates in R&D, training activities related to quality control.
Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn
For Junior Level:
- At least 1- year experience in a similar position.
- Good at English (TOEIC 500 scores)
For Senior level:
- At least 3 years of experience in software quality control (test case designing, black-box testing techniques, quality concepts etc.)
- Aptitude to learn and understand new and emerging technologies.
- Good presentation skills.
- Efficiency in English (TOEIC 600 scores)
For Team Lead:
- At least 4 years of experience in software quality control (test case designing, black-box testing techniques, quality concepts etc.)
- Good analytical and report writing skills, communication skills, problem solving skills (written & verbal).
- Ability to work independently - self-directed.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and teams.
- Efficiency in English (TOEIC 700 scores)
General requirements
- Knowledge in testing process, quality models, standards.

- Team-oriented, build up good internal and external relationships.
- A good understanding of MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
