QC Lead/QC Senior (Manual Test)

• Analyzing user stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility
• Lead a test team and control testing progress and quality
• Collaborate closely with other team members and departments
• Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression)
• Design and develop automation scripts when needed
• Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies
• Provide timely solutions
• Apply quality engineering principles throughout the Agile product lifecycle
• Provide support and documentation
• Other Tasks are assigned by Technical Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
• Over 4 years of working experience as a Manual Tester
• 2+ years in a leadership role for Leader position
• Minimum 1 year of practical experience in software testing in either web testing, mobile testing
• Experience in analyzing specification requirements, developing, performing test cases as well as creating testing reports
• Strong analytical, testing, troubleshooting errors.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Working knowledge of test management software (e.g. Testrail, Jira)
• Good report writing skills, communication skills, time-management skills, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with relational database concepts and SQL queries required
