A Top-15 digital marketing agency in Vietnam is looking for a Project Manager/Scrum Master to strengthen its development/tech/product team to serve increasing number of clients and projects. The incumbent will lead the Dev/Tech Team and manage end-to-end projects.
Trách nhiệm công việc
- Lead the planning and implementation of Dev/Tech projects in a fast-paced environment
- Define project schedules, monitor progress to ensure successful and timely delivery of results
- Lead and manage the Dev/Tech team, plan and allocate workload both internally and externally (third party) to achieve high efficiency
- Together with the company’s leadership, attend and contribute to the strategic planning of the development/tech team to align with company’s goals
- When applicable, meet with clients and provide business analysis
- Build a smooth, friendly and effective working environment within the Dev/Tech team and the company as a whole
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the company’s leadership when necessary
Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in IT fields
- 2+ year experience in IT project management
- Solution-based mindset, with ability to work and deliver under pressure/tight deadlines
- Must have general background IT project (PHP, Java, .Net, API, HTML, CSS, UI/UX, Application Development, etc);
- Must have experience with different Project Management tools (Asana, RedMine, etc.)
- Strong skills in business analysis, problem-solving & time management
- Ability to code and/or perform unit test is a big advantage
- Strong command in English is an advantage
