Project Lead (1100$ - 2200$)

• Receive and discuss requests from customers in Japan
• Collaborate with project PM/PO to plan and monitor project progress
• Report progress periodically to the PM/PO of the project, as well as management departments
• Collaborate with the project team in analyzing the project's business documents, verifying requirements, as well as participating in system analysis and design
• Act as a bridge to convey issues, as well as project proposals between customers and project teams. Coordinate with the project comtor to ensure accurate and fast communication of information to the parties
• Participate in ensuring the quality of the system's output products before delivering to customers

• At least 3 years of experience in software development, especially PHP applications
• Experience in integrating AWS for system development
• Experience in project team management, or have held similar positions such as Team Leader, Project Leader...
• Have good communication skill
• Able to analyze and solve project problems
• Understanding Agile, and how to operate in the project
• Familiar with project management tools, like Jira
• Experience in developing Video Conferencing system is a plus
