- Coordinating project schedules, resources, tasks, and deliverables
- Liaising with clients to coordinate and schedule meetings to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
- Ensuring that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves and supporting the clients

- Assist with project management activities
- Break projects into doable actions and set timeframe with project lead and teams
- Liaising with clients to coordinate and schedule meetings to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with scheduling
- Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
- Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
- Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
- Help provide and present project status
Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn
- An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
- Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
- BSc in Business Administration or related field
- Fluent in English is a must, Japanese is a plus
