Product Owner

We are looking for a passionate, user-centric & data-driven Product Owner to grow our IT Job platform TopDev.vn (both Web & Mobile Application), aiming to bring better experience & create more value for our users & customers with the mission "Make IT Vietnam Better". You are responsible for product strategies planning to implementation, impact measurement & management to ensure the products support the company's overall business goals. You will work directly with stakeholders from BOD to Leaders of other teams.

• Work with BOD to define and manage product roadmaps to achieve business goals and strategies
• In charge of full product development tasks: analyzing, conceptualizing, prototyping, launching & monitoring all services on TopDev website/ mobile product & internal system
• Collaborate with other teams in the company to break down business requirements
  • Assist Development team in full implementation of new/ upgraded features
  • Work closely with Marketing & Sales team to make product release plan for achieving targets
• Involve in agile product management to ensure smooth implementation of the product plan/ roadmap
• Create and assist in maintaining product roadmaps, feature backlogs, and product documentation such as PRDs,user stories, use cases, user flows, logic flows, and functional specifications.
• Monitor & analyze data (user, platform, traffic, conversion rate, etc…) and feedbacks to measure a product's effectiveness, make necessary improvements for better customer experience
• Understand markets, competition, and customer/user requirements to propose new features/ services
• Other tasks as assigned

• At least 01 year of experience in a product management and technology strategy role
• Experience in product company especially online platform
• Ability to think critically, analyze and solve problems with strong attention to detail
• Experience in making decisions by data-driven mindset, performance-oriented approach
• Passion for good product design & optimal user experience
• User & business needs understanding & ability to make it valuable products in reality
• Experience working directly with Development Team & other business teams with agile process
• Good English (can exchange & discuss product idea)
