Product Manager

• Develop and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap with precision.
• Create, maintain, and execute detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, resources and risks for the platform.
• Collect and prioritize product requirements based on market research, customer feedback, and internal stakeholders' input.
• Translate product requirements into detailed user stories and use cases, and collaborate with the design and development teams to transform them into functional specifications.
• Continuously evaluate and measure product performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and obstacles, proactively addressing any challenges that may arise.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and adhere to industry best practices

• Possess a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
• Have at least 5 years of experience in product management or related industries focused on products, preferably in a fast-paced technology startup environment.
• Demonstrate a proven ability to leverage analytics and quantitative methods to inform and  influence decision-making.
• Display excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English, and a proven ability to effectively convey complex messages with conviction to diverse stakeholders.
• Have a track record of working in a technical environment with a broad, cross-functional team to drive product vision, define product requirements, manage and coordinate resources, and lead the team through key milestones.
• Experience with AI technologies and their application in product development.
• Understanding of APIs, third-party integrations (e.g., payments), and project management tools
