PMO Project Management

• Be accountable for the end-to-end Delivery of the Project work stream to the stakeholders
• Work closely with business, provide analysis & define needs, and identify feasible solutions.
• Maintain and enhance frontend applications to ensure they operate effectively and efficiently
• Support end-users by users’ requests relating to applications/system
• Resolve conflicts from business users and customers
• Manage KPIs and do continual service improvement
• Lead new projects and initiatives
• Promote a risk-aware culture, ensure efficient and effective risk and compliance management practices by adhering to required standards and processes.
• Adhere to all documented standards, guidelines, and procedures.
• Coordinate, facilitate, and lead meetings to accomplish project deliverables.

Financial and Non- Financial Measures:

• Timely completion of assigned tasks
• Comply with AIA policy & standards

Communication Requirements:

• Communicates with users of other departments.
• Communicates with IT colleagues.
• Communicates with Vendors

• Education – Bachelor in Computer Science or relevant education
• At least 5 years experience in project management
• Project Management certification, e.g. Prince2, PMP
• Experience in mobile programming is a plus.
• Good at English skills.
• Having excellent skills of managing senior stakeholders
• Good time management, communication, and teamwork skills
• Life insurance knowledge is an advantage
