Trách nhiệm công việc

  • Helpdesk 55%: Receives job from leader, support user fix PC, Laptop, printer, windows, linux 
  • Network system 35%: CISCO control (switch, router, backbone), CCNA, CCNP knowledge 
  • Server system 10%: OS maintains control (window, linux), monitoring hardware server HP system

Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn

  • At least Bachelor's or Engineer's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields
  • Experienced in Linux, Windows server, and configured Cisco system. (Having CCNA is a plus)
  • Understanding software development life cycle to better collaborate with software developers.
  • English speaking
