Manual Tester (QA/QC)

• Ultimately ensuring our mobile and web applications work correctly in the hands of our users
• Reading specification documents, understanding functional & non-functional requirements of the products
• Creating and modifying test-related artifacts (test cases, test plans, test reports)
• Executing test cases and analyzing results
• Finding and reporting bugs to the team
• Preparing test data and environment as needed to complete testing assignments
• Collaborating across functions in your Scrum team, working with Product Owners, Engineers and Tech Leads to deliver impactful products and features

• 2 years of relevant work experience as a Software QA/QC Tester or similar role
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies
• Carefulness & attention to detail
• Logical & analytical mind, problem solving aptitude
• Good time management skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, team player with a collaborative work ethic

Bonus points

• Having a product mindset, ability to think like the end user to understand, fulfill and delight customers
• Experience with project management tools like Trello, PivotalTracker, JIRA, Asana
• Experience in testing APIs, using tools like Postman
• Familiar with relational databases and SQL
• English language to a good standard is an advantage
