Machine Learning Engineer

• Fine-tune pre-trained models (e.g., ControlNet, Gemini Flash) for vision and NLP tasks.
• Develop and implement modular evaluation pipelines for vision-language models.
• Optimize ML models for photorealistic image generation, entity extraction, and image/scene segmentation.
• Collaborate with data scientists to create and validate ground truth datasets.
• Deploy ML solutions into production pipelines with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in machine learning and AI.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in developing and deploying ML models.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with vision-based models (e.g., ControlNet, YOLO) and NLP models.
• Knowledge of evaluation metrics for computer vision (e.g., segmentation accuracy, precision) and NLP tasks.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in fine-tuning large language models or vision-language models.
• Background in video annotation, action recognition, semantic segmentation, or spatial modeling.
• Exposure to industry-specific tasks (construction, healthcare, video games).
