Trách nhiệm công việc
- Coach scrum team in using Agile methodology, applying Agile best practices in self-management
- Help the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction
- Help remove impediments and coach the scrum team on moving impediments by themselves
- Help the scrum and development teams to identify continuous improvements during team's working processes and coach to apply them in the Agile framework
- Help resolve conflicts and issues that occur inside and outside of the scrum team
- Coach the scrum team to achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
- Collaborate with scrum master, project management, and product owner teams to increase the effectiveness of the application of Agile in the organization
- Help lead/coach the organization in ít Agile adoption
Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn
- Prior experience on a scrum team is a plus
- Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict
- Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum
- Ability to determine what is scrum and what is not
- Experience with successful Agile techniques
- Ability to work with and lead a team
- Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
- Ability to adapt to changing environment
- Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction
- Have open mindset and be a quick learner
- Have strong written and spoken English ability
- Ability to provide Agile training is a plus
