This is a part time position, 2.5 days per week
Trách nhiệm công việc
- All responsibilities apply both to our office and cloud infrastructure (on AWS).A
- Provide day-to-day support to ensure the smooth running of the clusters, servers, computers, network devices as well as end users’ requirements for both issues in Linux and Windows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, device issues, and any technical roadblocks to daily operation
- Configure and install various network devices and services
- Handle asset management, maintain inventory, and liaise with vendors
- Manage IT infrastructure, system monitoring, and reports, through automations as much as possible (Infrastructure as code)
- Contribute to existing CI/CD pipelines
- Implement and monitor IT security
- Investigate and resolve troubles related to networks, systems, Databases...
- Perform hardware and software installations, and deploy websites and or other tools.
- Understand and apply the policies where needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn
- Diploma or degree in computer sciences, information technology, or related discipline;
- At least two years experience in Network & System Engineer position with in-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software;
- At least one previous experience as DevOps;
- Good understanding of IT equipment, data security concepts, and data confidentiality;
- Some experience with AWS / Docker / Kubernetes;
- Optional : experience with Terraform / infrastructure as code;
- Strong understanding of core networking concepts : LAN/WAN infrastructure, network routing, TCP/IP, IP addressing, NAS, switching, routing, etc;
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills;
- Ability to analyze problems and troubleshoot;
- Ability to follow procedures and report on activity;
- Ability to communicate in English is a must;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all levels;
- Ability to cover after-office hours and weekend support if there are any infrastructure issues.
