Trách nhiệm công việc
- Managing the customer’s M365 system for operation.
- Implementing, and maintaining Microsoft Azure solutions, including key services such as compute, storage, networking, and security.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of M365 services, implementing improvements as needed like automation tools by Powershells that support ExchangeOnline, AzureAD modules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to M365 services, providing timely support to end-users.
- Write operation documentation.
- Support Objects include Teams, Outlook, Exchange Online (EXO), SharePoint Online (SPO), OneDrive, Power Automate, etc.
- Working time: 9:00-18:00 JST Monday to Friday (Japanese calendar).
Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn
- College graduated or higher in computer Science, IT, Engineering or related fields
- Ability to provide technical and end-user support.
- 2+ years of experience in M365 system administration.
- Experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AAD Connect, SSO).
- Experience using PowerShell to create automation tools for Azure AD modules is a plus.
- English is a plus
