What does a successful IT Support at TRG look like?
- Ensure the production environment is running smoothly (troubleshooting, monitoring, and patching)
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries about on-premise and cloud-based applications
- Other ad-hoc projects assigned by line manager
Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn
What you need
- 2 - 5 years of experience as an IT support staff, or Windows System Administrator, MSCA certified
- Have experience in outsourcing and have been exposed through ERP system
- Build & manage (Windows Server, Web service - IIS, MSSQL database & applications run on Windows server)
- Confident in speaking and writing in English
- A self-starter with a desire to learn
