IT Manager | 2,000 ~ 3,000 USD

• Will work closely with BA and Development Team for solution, prioritize, estimate, and implement of new features and bug fixes
• Manage all size IT development projects (such as Web. Hybrid App. Native App. PWA etc.)  working with a global location, as well as interfaces with development staff from outside vendor organizations
• Responsible for the design and implementation of system integrations with other marketing platforms and fulfillment systems
• Work with key business stakeholders to plan and deliver the development project 
• Perform requirement analysis and review technical specification document
• Performs code reviews and audits and works closely with the release manager to ensure best practices in code management
• Set up processes for code quality;
• Provide functional direction to programmers and analysts on assigned work
• Solve Production issues with performance, stability and scalability and security 
• Whole planning of project implementation, release and maintenance 

• Ability to quickly resolve any technical issues and queries from the business
• 5+ years of Javascripts and PHP object orientated programming experience
• Ability to create documentation of designs and solutions for assigned tasks
• Knowledge of OOP best practices
• Experience with PHP Unit framework
• Git and GitHub knowledge and use (including pull requests and code auditing)
• MySQL experience
• Apache and Nginx Server experience
• Comfortable with the Linux command line
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects at a time
• Experience with message queue systems (beanstalkd,etc) and associated multi-threading best practices
• Deployment management experience, using tags and automation across multi-server environments
• Experience scaling large project instances, and optimizing core functionality where necessary.
• Troubleshoot and optimize performance with Redis cache server and  Elastic search server

Other Requirement and Skills:

• Familiarity with Development Framework application
• Experience in Jira & Confluence & Bitbucket 
• Set up Whole development process and management 
• Fully understand Waterfall and able to apply 

Education/Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related concentration preferred
• 5+ years of overall web / app. development is preferred.
• At least 3+ years of Development Manager
