Integration Mapping Specialist (Business Analyst/ Data Analyst)

The Dynamics Integration Specialist II works with project managers, internal development teams, customers, and 3rd party consultants to engineer and deploy the integration component between the TrueCommerce Translation Software and the customer’s existing ERP systems. This role is responsible for ensuring the Integration is customized to the customers unique business needs. This role is responsible for being a designated subject matter expert in the Integration Mapping Component on designated ERP systems, becoming the go to resource for issues pertaining to the specified mapping platform that exceed beyond applicable team knowledge.

• Integration Mapping management resource
• Work with Internal resources to define and implement the mapping format of data exchanged between TrueCommerce’s Translator and the customers ERP
• Create and modify data mapping based on the customer’s specifications and their business and operational needs.
• Migration of data from customers test environments to production environment
• Migration of data from a customer’s TrueCommerce test environment to their production environment. PSD, IMT, TMO, etc
• Provide accurate and timely logging of problems and their resolution
• Diagnose, document, and manage customer needs requiring other TrueCommerce technical resources during a deployment/migration
• Provide regular status reports on current integration projects
• Well-developed independent troubleshooting skills
• Consistent capability to independently manage workload and schedule
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage scheduled appointments and customer needs
• Confident and independent decision-making skills to complete assigned tasks
• Strong logical ability to analyze and predict product implementation roadblocks and action items

Experience:

• Experience with SQL and other scripting languages
• Knowledge with a variety of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and shipping solutions
• Ability to train customers and level I/II resources on product features and functionality
• Experience in vendor/supplier business processes
• Experience with SQL and other scripting language
• 06 months - 1 year: experience in software integration and implementation
