- Our development team consists of Product Manager, Developer and Coach where Developer focus on implementing business requirements as well as develop our technologies stack.
- Developers will work on many different part of the products as well as our internal tools.
- Developers will be trained to understand modern development process as well as advanced system thinking.
- As an early member of the team you’ll be trained and to lead our future projects, you’ll have great experience on how to build products the right way.
Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn
- At least 2 year working experience.
- Proficient at at least one programming language. We use primary Java/React so if your programming language is not them, you’ll need to be willing to learn.
- Designing system skills.
- Communication and teamwork skills.
- Our proprietary technologies stack is large so you’ll need to be a fast learner.
- Good to have: experience with Java core, Google App Engine, NoSQL, GWT, Javascript, CSS, Bootstrap, Srping, React, Javascript, CSS, Bootstrap, PostgreSQL, experience building large and complex enterprise applications.
- Courageous: we rely heavily on innovation to leverage our development efforts so you’ll need to have enough courage to do new things and tackle the impossible.
- Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to multitask effectively.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to work extra hours and adjust your schedule when needed.
- Technical Writing skills is a plus.
