As our Google Performance Marketing, you'll be in charge of developing and executing performance-driven advertising campaigns on Google. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing campaigns, maximizing return on ad spend, and driving customer acquisition and retention. We're seeking someone with a strong background in Google performance marketing and a proven track record of achieving significant growth and driving results.

Plan and execute performance marketing strategies on Google platform to acquire customers and boost customer lifetime value.
Plan, set up, and optimize Google advertising campaigns effectively.
Dive deep into campaign data to identify key performance indicators (KPIs), track campaign success, and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
Collaborate closely with our creative, analytics, and product teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and cohesive messaging.
Keep your finger on the pulse of Google advertising trends, best practices, and changes in the ecosystem, so we can stay ahead of the curve.
Test and iterate ad creatives, signal segments, and campaign strategies to continuously improve performance and maximize return on investment.
Provide regular reports to stakeholders, sharing insights, highlighting successes, addressing challenges, and identifying optimization opportunities.

Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn

A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Data Analysis, Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
Extra points if you graduated from top universities (local or global) and had a GPA that sparkled.
Having Data certificates, specialized certificates is an advantage
More than 1 year of experience in performance marketing, focus on conversion objective
Proven track record of driving significant growth and achieving outstanding results in performance marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and ability to extract valuable insights from data to optimize campaigns and deliver business outcomes.
Familiarity with performance marketing metrics such as ROAS, CPA, LTV, and conversion rates.
Experience in the e-commerce industry or agency marketing is a plus.
