About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated GTM (Go-to-Market) Intern to join our seed-stage startup. This isn’t a typical internship; you’ll be on the front lines, building the very systems that turn our high-level goals into scalable operations.

You will co-create and execute our GTM Stack—the heart of our pre-sales funnel—and own initiatives that move deals forward. You’ll spot gaps, solve for edge cases, and make sure the funnel—from first meeting to commit—runs smoothly and intelligently. You will help turn unaware prospects into ready-to-buy leads who realize the value of CX and Filum‘s product.

  • Build & Scale GTM Systems: Design, implement, and optimize our pipeline management systems using n8n, CRMs, and other GTM tools.
  • Automate the Funnel: Develop signal recognition systems for automated triggers, ensuring intelligent and timely marketing-to-sales handoffs.
  • Execute Growth Tactics: Own, plan, and execute demand generation and nurturing campaigns to build a robust pipeline.
  • Develop Nurturing Engines: Build automated content engines for lead nurturing sequences, ensuring the right content reaches the right prospect at the right time.
  • Analyze & Optimize: Use data to spot gaps and opportunities in the funnel, solving for edge cases to make the entire pre-sales process run smoothly.
  • Collaborate & Accelerate: Work directly with the co-founders and sales team to accelerate deals and convert prospects.

Must-Haves

  • A Builder‘s Mindset: You have prior internship, project, or extracurricular experience in a fast-paced environment (like a startup, tech company, or student club), preferably with exposure to B2B, SaaS, or GTM.
  • Systematic Thinker: You love turning messy problems into clean, sustainable, and optimized operational systems. You don‘t just solve a problem; you build a system so it stays solved.
  • Funnel-Vision: You can analyze and see growth opportunities between different stages of the customer journey and execute tactics to deliver value at the right time.
  • Data-Driven: You are comfortable analyzing metrics to find insights and don‘t make bold assumptions without data to back them up.
  • Results-Driven: You can translate a high-level business goal into an actionable technical solution or process.
  • AI-Native: You are comfortable using AI-powered tools (beyond basic ChatGPT/Gemini) to drive automation, personalization, and efficiency.
  • Deep Curiosity: You have a "tinkerer‘s" spirit. You love "hacking" new tools and emerging technologies (like AI) to unlock creativity, accelerate progress, and amplify impact.

 

Nice-to-Have

  • Outstanding academic background from a top-tier university or significant achievements in business/tech competitions.
  • Previous internship experience in growth marketing, content marketing, or Sales/Revenue Operations (RevOps).
  • Experience building operational systems on a department or project scale.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with n8n automations, SQL, or light scripting (JavaScript, Python, TypeScript).
  • GTM Stack Exposure: Understanding of CRMs (Pipedrive, Hubspot, Salesforce), CDPs, and other GTM tools (Apollo, Lemlist, Clay, Gong, ZoomInfo, etc.).
