[Full-time/ Full-Remote] Project Manager

The basic Job contents are as follows:

• Project plan
• Project management
• Risk analysis and countermeasure planning
• Requirements analysis and requirements definition
• Communication with the Japanese team
• Document creation

We will carry out these tasks in close communication with the project members and Japanese engineers.

The following skills and experience are required.

Must have:

• University graduate (IT major is desirable)
• 3 years or more of PM experience in a project with 5 or more people
• Familiar with the development process (Waterfall, Agile, Prototype, etc.)
• Problem-solving ability (scaling, tuning, etc.)
• Education of project team members
• Communication skills (verbal, written)
• Documentation skills

Nice to have:

• Have experience of development experience using any of Python / Java / ReactJS
• Have experience in developing by participating in a project of 5 or more people
• Have experience of Web system development experience
• Have experience of development experience using the cloud (AWS is preferable)
• Have experience using database (MsSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, etc.)

It requires knowledge and experience to handle up to thousands of transactions (tps) per second.
