Full-stack Engineer (Node.js,PHP)

What you will be doing: 

• Provide platform and product L2 support to solve issues affecting users
• Triage issues affecting our services and implement fixes or recommend solutions to improve the product
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to monitor and bridge gaps affecting the user application
• Expertly manage database changes to maintain important functionality of the platform
• Escalate critical issues to infrastructure and engineering teams to mitigate negative impact
• Cooperate with QA in deployment testing in our production and pre-production environments
• Provide training to custom-facing support teams to improve processes and managing of user expectations

Must have: 

• At least 3 years experience as a software or software support engineer
• Proficient in PHP, MySQL and variants, Node.js, Linux shell
• Production experience working with issue tracking and ticketing systems (Jira, Zendesk) 
• Worked in product teams following Agile processes
• Experience with common software development tools like docker and npm toolchain

Nice to have: 

• Experience developing platform support processes
• Supported large enterprise customers on data integration pipelines
• Served an app used by millions of users
